No problem — we’ll pick them up at the park and walk them over to The Craft Lounge, where you can come get them after they’ve finished their masterpieces.

Hoodie in Quilt Magazine

Hoodie’s veggie prints are featured this month in Quilt magazine. We’re not surprised — who wouldn’t want these to brighten up a kitchen?

Senbazuru

Leonia’s Anna C. Scott School is putting together a senbazuru, a thousand-crane mobile, to express concern and sympathy for Japan. Along with the senbazuru, the school is running a fundraiser: “adopt” a crane for a small financial donation, which will be put toward relief efforts.

Want to help? Drop by The Craft Lounge during our regular business hours and make some cranes! We’ll have paper and directions on hand, and we’ll collect the cranes and deliver them to the school. Origami is quite relaxing, actually, and it’s a great craft for adults and kids alike.

No financial donation is necessary to make the cranes.
