Treasure Boxes!

Paint, glue, pretty papers, ric-rac, markers… we pulled out all the stops when we made these fun treasure boxes at Tuesday’s Craft Club. Some of the kids shared what they’ll be keeping in their boxes, but we’ll never tell!

More fun at Craft Club…

The kids had fun making these pretty decoupaged pencil tins last week at Craft Club.  They were skeptical about how they would turn out since they were covered in white glue when they left.  I think they’ll be surprised when they see how lovely they now look!  This turned out to be a perfect kids craft.  All ages enjoyed it.

Calling all knitters & crocheters!

We hope you’ll join us on Saturday, September 25 at 7:30PM for a special charitable crafting event.  In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’ll come together to make chemo caps for neighbors in need.  Bring your needles and yarn or feel free to use ours.  We’ll supply a variety of hat patterns for crafters at all levels.

TCL Craft Club Returns!

Everyone’s favorite after-school activity is back! In fact, we’ve had such a great response to this class, we’ve added a second section. On Tuesdays, from 3:00-4:00 pm, we’ll embark on new projects with kids ages 7-10; at the same time on Thursdays, we’ll do crafts tailored to kids ages 5-7. Classes begin on September 14 & 16 and run for six weeks. Craft Club fills quickly, so sign up soon!
