We’ve had a great summer at The Craft Lounge — TCL Craft Camp was a big success with the kids, and we enjoyed having so many customers come in for private lessons in knitting, crochet, sewing, embroidery and more. It’s hard to believe that autumn is almost here, but we’re so excited for September! We have so much on the calendar, there’s bound to be something for everyone — kids, teens, and adults.
We’re gearing up for school and rolling out our brand-new TCL Craft Club for kids on Wednesdays. This month, the Craft Club will be doing lots of cool back-to-school crafts and next month will delve into spooky Halloween projects. Also, September is National Sewing Month, and we’ll be offering sewing classes such as Sew a Pillow to introduce you to this fun, practical craft. We’re also offering Needle Felting for Beginners, Knit a Bag, Simple Beading: Earrings, and much more! Our Drop-In Crafting program has been a huge hit and we’ll continue to offer this option, adding in t-shirt reconstruction and beading to the mix in September.
